Roberto Beck

Robert Beck is Associate Director of DealMaker since 2010. Professional background include: Business Management, Strategic Planning, Communications, External Relations, Marketing, Business Development, Restructuring Process, Crisis Management, Energy and Fuel Distribution, Biofuels, Education/E-learning, Environmental and Sustainable Development. Beck worked for Shell for over 30 years, where he held senior positions, and also held several positions as director of the retail, large consumers, lubricants, aviation, natural gas and corporate affairs departments.
Robert Beck is a Chemical Engineer from Mackenzie University, with pos-graduation in Administration granted by CEAG/Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).

Eduardo Sanchez Palma

Eduardo is Associate Director at DealMaker where he works on business development, M&A advisory and Corporate Restructuring projects. Palma combines extensive experience in Financial Planning Consultancy and Mergers between Banks, with experience in Asset Management, Leasing, Treasury, Private Banking and Innovation. He has 16 years of experience as Superintendent and Director at Banco Itaú-Unibanco, Lloyds TSB Group, Bank Boston, among others. Palma is member of IBCPF and former member of the Technical Committee of AMEC.

Graduated in Business Administration from FEA/USP, Eduardo is Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) by the Brazilian CFP® counsel (IBCPF).

Guilherme Soárez

Guilherme is Associate Director at DealMaker where he works on business development and advisory role on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring projects for entrepreneurs and executives. Guilherme has more than 15 years experience in Retail, Consumer Goods and Entertainment. He held several senior management positions at C&A Brazil and was Project Manager at McKinsey & Co. Guilherme also worked at Beach Park and Xerox do Brasil. Currently, he is member of the Board of Brazil ChildFund.
Graduated in Business Administration at EAESP – Fundação Getulio Vargas, holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and attended the Mergers & Acquisitions Program from London Business School.

Stenio Franco

Associate and Project Director at Dealmaker. Consultant specialized in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Technology Investment Planning, Economic Analysis by sector, Analysis and Benchmark for platforms and services, Design of Investment Models and Implementation of Startups, and Infrastructure Projects. Main sector experiences: Transport, Telecommunication, Payment Systems, Technology and Services.
Stenio has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering by Unicamp (University of Campinas) and a master degree in Electrical Engineering from FEEC-UNICAMP, focused on Innovation along with Instituto de Economia da Unicamp (Unicamp Institute of Economy).

Laercio Brandão Teixeira

As Associate Director at DealMaker, Laercio has worked in M&A and Corporate Restructuring processes. With more than 40 years experience in the Banking industry, Laércio worked for large banks and companies including Itaú, Boavista, Pão de Açúcar, Unibanco, Santa Elina Mining, Merrill Lynch, Safra National Bank of NY, Standard Bank London, Royal Bank of Canada. From 2006-2010, Laércio was an independent consultant mainly in Structuring and Development of financial enterprises as well as in Organizational Restructuring.

Laercio graduated in Business Administration at FGV-EAESP and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Patrick Dauga

Patrick has been acting as Associate Director at Dealmaker since 2011. He is involved in M&A projects, as well as advising our clients in their strategic planning. He has more than 20 years experience as executive in major services & technology companies around the globe. Patrick is former CEO Americas of Altran (controller of Arthur D. Little group), Executive Vice President of SPSS (IBM Group) in Chicago, COO of Showcase Corp (London), and Vice President Europe of Comshare in Paris. Patrick has been advisor and business angel in the development of European IT companies for the past 10 years. He is a CCEF member (“Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France”, or French Foreign Trade Committee).

Patrick holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Bordeaux Business School (BEM or formerly Sup de Co), and a Graduate degree (Executive Program) from Stanford Business School.
